At CANēY Salt + Wellness Studio, all services are prepaid at the time of booking to reserve your spot and ensure a smooth experience for everyone. We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while honoring the time and energy of our team and guests. Please review our policy below: - Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance will receive a full credit on your account to use toward a future visit. Credits do not expire. - Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are considered a late cancellation and will not be eligible for a credit or refund. - No-shows (missed appointments without notice) forfeit the full prepaid amount and no credit or refund will be issued. - Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. To maintain the integrity of the treatment, we do not reopen the salt room doors once a session has started. Late arrivals may be rescheduled for a later time if availability allows, or marked as a no-show. Welcome to CANēY Salt + Wellness Studio. By booking a session, attending an event, or entering our space, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Prepaid Services All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. This secures your spot and allows us to manage our schedule and resources with care. 2. Cancellations & No-Shows Please refer to our full Cancellation Policy. In short: Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance receive a full credit to your CANēY account. No-shows and late cancellations (under 12 hours’ notice) are not eligible for refund or credit. Sessions start promptly; doors to the salt room will not be reopened for late arrivals. 3. Wellness Disclaimer Halotherapy and other wellness services at CANēY are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All information provided is for general wellness education. Clients should consult with their healthcare provider before starting any wellness service. 4. Informed Consent By participating, you acknowledge that: You assume all risks associated with services received. CANēY and its staff are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or loss of personal items incurred during your visit. 5. Children & Family Participation Children are welcome in designated sessions or areas. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver and remain on the premises. Children must be supervised at all times. 6. Studio Etiquette To preserve a calming environment for all: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Devices must be silenced inside the rooms. Food and beverages are not allowed in treatment areas unless otherwise noted. 7. Modifications & Updates CANēY reserves the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. Updated terms will be available on our website and/or in-studio.

At CANēY Salt + Wellness Studio, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services, sessions, packages, memberships, retail items, or gift cards. - Session credits may be issued only if cancellations are made at least 12 hours in advance. See our Cancellation Policy for full details. - Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for credit or refund. - Retail products may not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of wellness and skincare items. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party.
